Psychological Counseling Center

In the initial phase, the Psychological Counseling Center aimed to establish a campus environment that fosters healthy psychological growth. In the medium term, its primary goal has been to integrate campus resources to create a holistic environment for the mental, physical, and spiritual well-being of all faculty, staff, and students. For the long term, the focus will be on integrating broader resources from the Hualien area. This approach not only brings in external resources to provide comprehensive care for the university’s faculty and students but also aims to give back to the community, enhancing the university’s impact within the community.
