Group counseling

During your enriching university life, there may come a time when you wish to experience personal growth on a deeper level.

So, what is a group? A group consists of a leader, a co-leader, and all the members who together create a safe environment where everyone can express themselves freely. Through regular weekly meetings, various activities or media, and the sharing and feedback from other members, you can gain a deeper understanding of yourself.

These groups may cover topics such as family, self, interpersonal relationships, emotions, and mental health. The formats used include writing, drawing, creative activities, discussions, and film appreciation.

Group counseling helps participants explore and understand themselves from different perspectives and formats, learn how to take better care of themselves, respect others, and build healthy relationships. Ultimately, it aims to enhance your performance in the three main areas of university life: academics, love, and extracurricular activities.
